What the factory image establishes

The image shows the long cylindrical vacuum chamber, internal loading rails and a clear cart travel path. These are physical manufacturing details that can be checked during factory acceptance testing.

The picture does not establish a drying time or kilogram result. Those depend on the selected FFD size, product, loading density and approved process.

Why cart and rail geometry matters

Cart dimensions determine tray count, operator access and how quickly frozen material can move into the chamber. Rail alignment and floor transitions must be coordinated with the plant layout.

For separate pre-freezing, the cold-room cart, transfer route and dryer rail height should be reviewed as one material-handling system.

Evidence to confirm before shipment

Confirm chamber and door dimensions, cart quantity, tray dimensions, shelf spacing, loading direction and maintenance clearance.

The FAT file should include dimensional checks, vacuum and refrigeration tests, control demonstrations and the agreed inspection record.
