ADT-500I is based on the FFD-50 platform with approximately 50 m2 of shelf area and an approximate 500 kg fresh-material reference. The estimated ice-condenser load is about 600 kg per batch.
A useful proposal recalculates the load from kilograms per square meter and expected water removal. Whole berries, sliced mango and fruit puree do not create the same practical capacity.
Prepare and freeze fruit consistently
Define washing, peeling, cutting, anti-browning treatment and drain time. Standardize slice thickness or puree depth because the thickest location controls the endpoint.
