A 1,000 kg industrial food freeze dryer requires coordinated refrigeration, vacuum, heating, condenser, carts, pre-freezing and packaging. The ADT-1000I capacity is a planning reference that must be verified with the actual food and factory schedule.
ADT-1000I production basis
The ADT-1000I uses approximately 100 m2 of shelf area with an approximate 1,000 kg fresh-load reference and about 1,200 kg of ice-capture planning capacity.
Daily output depends on kilograms per square meter, water content, cycle duration and changeover. A one-day drying step does not automatically mean one full batch per calendar day.
Choose the upstream freezing route
In-chamber freezing combines stages but occupies the dryer during cooldown. Separate blast or IQF freezing can keep product ready for loading and may increase dryer utilization.
The design review should compare refrigeration duty, frozen storage, tray count, cart count, transfer time and product-temperature control.
Factory layout and utility review
Prepare a dimensioned room and utility schedule covering power, cooling water where used, compressed air, drainage, defrost and heat rejection.
Reserve rigging and maintenance access around compressors, pumps, valves, control cabinets and the largest removable components.
Acceptance and commissioning
Agree on test product, load, utilities, vacuum and temperature checks, operator training and acceptance records before shipment. A no-load factory test cannot by itself confirm food throughput.
